SALON POLICY

CHILD SAFETY POLICY: 
For safety reasons, and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities/personnel to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of you and our guest.
RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS:
Services require a major credit card to hold your appointment. If you must reschedule or cancel service, please notify us 10 hours in advance to avoid an automatic charge of 50% of the price of the service billed to your credit card. For a “no call & no show” your credit card is automatically charged the full value of the service.

ARRIVAL:
If you are late for your appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your technician will do their best to accommodate you. In order to ensure total session time and relaxation, we encourage you to arrive on time for your appointment.

GIFT CARDS:
Hy Gorgeous certification are redeemable only within the State where purchased. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Card are non-refundable. The value of a Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission. Gift Card must be presented at time of service. Gift Cards should be used within one year of purchase date. Gift cards do not include gratuities. ACCEPTS ONLY HY GORGEOUS GIFT CARDS. 

FORMS OF PAYMENT:
We reserve the right to change price and services at anytime without notification. We accept all Major credit cards or cash. No checks accepted, sorry.

RETURNS:
Retail products can be return with original receipt within 30 days. Opened products cannot be returned. 

SERVICES:
Services are final. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service, please feel free to call, text or email us within a week of your last service. Our clients service representatives will be more than happy to assist you.

GRATUITIES:
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Tips can be made in cash or added to credit card. Gift cards do not include gratuities. 

DURING THE PROCEDURE: 
To ensure you take total advantage of your lash session, we encourage you NOT to use your cell phone, text, talk, chew gum or make any mouth movements while you are getting your lashes since your lash tech will need to stop. However, if you must do so, please notify your lash tech when needed to stop, any face expression will slow the process and may affect the quality of the service.

*Touch-ups: Please, follow proper care for your lashes to avoid additional fees and be on time for your appointment to take advantage of your session.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY:
Unused benefits will not roll over to the next cycle. Expired/unused benefits will be lost and will not be refunded. 

MEMBERSHIP MUST BE UP TO DATE AT TIME OF SERVICE.

MEMBERSHIP RESCHEDULING: 
If you must reschedule, please cancel ten (10) hours in advance to avoid an automatic charge of $30. Notify by email or text message for your records. For a "no show" your credit card is automatically charged $65. Thank you for your consideration. 

We do NOT freeze/hold membership payments.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
You may cancel 15 days in advance from your billing date. CLICK HERE TO CANCEL.

SALON'S RIGHT TO CANCEL: 
Hy Gorgeous, LLC reserves the right at anytime to terminate the membership or other privileges granted in the event of Member Default. A "Member Default" includes your (1) failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations, (2) failure to make timely payment of obligations. (3) failure to follow proper aftercare and maintain the minimum amount of lashes during your touch-up.
